Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment with Reve, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

 

Appointments & Cancellations

 

Appointments are reserved specifically for you. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a $25 fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid.

ARRIVAL TIME Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you may still be charged the full cost of the service.

 

After 15 minutes of not being present at the time of the appointment, the service will be canceled and subject to any applicable fees.

 

 

Deposits & Payments

 

A $25 deposit is required to secure all bookings. The deposit will be applied toward the scheduled service. 

 

Treatment & Results

 

All skincare treatments are customized based on individual needs. Results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed. Consistency and adherence to recommended home care are essential for optimal outcomes.

 

 

Health Disclosure

 

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information prior to treatment. Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, or skin sensitivities may affect treatment safety and results.

 

 

Products & Programs

 

All retail product purchases are final. Treatment programs and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

 

 

Respect & Safety

 

Reve maintains a professional, respectful environment. Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of services, without a refund.

 

By booking or receiving services at Reve, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Credit Card Storage & Payment Processing

 

To secure appointments and process payments, Reve may store credit card information through a secure, third-party payment processor. Credit card details are encrypted and handled in accordance with industry security standards. Reve does not have direct access to full credit card numbers and does not store sensitive payment information manually.

 

By booking an appointment, you authorize Reve to charge the card on file for services rendered, applicable deposits, late cancellations, no-shows, or outstanding balances in accordance with our policies.

 

All payment transactions are processed securely, and receipts are provided at the time of service. If you have questions regarding billing or payment processing, please contact us directly.

Failed Payments & Outstanding Balances

 

If a payment is declined, unsuccessful, or remains outstanding for any reason, the balance must be resolved before any future services are performed. Reve reserves the right to charge the card on file for any unpaid balances, deposits, late cancellation fees, or no-show fees in accordance with our policies.

 

Clients with outstanding balances may be required to update payment information prior to booking or receiving additional services. Services will not be rendered until all outstanding balances are paid in full.
