Refund Policy

All services performed at Reve are non-refundable. Due to the personalized nature of skincare treatments and the time reserved specifically for each client, refunds are not issued for completed services.

 

A $25 deposit is required to secure all bookings. The deposit will be applied toward the scheduled service. Deposits are refundable only if cancellation notice is provided at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.

Retail product purchases are final and non-refundable. If a product is found to be defective, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe so we can assist with a replacement in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines.

 

Treatment packages, programs, and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

If you have questions or concerns regarding your treatment experience, we encourage open communication so we can address them appropriately and support your skin goals moving forward.
